Can I get a discount as an early customer?
We don't do early-bird discounts off a higher price — everyone who joins pays the same published price. But today's prices are our founding rates, and our standard prices go up when Portal reaches full availability in 2027. Join before then and your rate is locked for as long as you stay — we never raise prices on existing customers.
Are external profiles really unlimited?
Yes. Add every sub, client, and vendor your crew works with. They don't count toward your user limit and they don't cost you a cent.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade anytime. Your data stays exactly where it is — no migrations, no downtime.
Is there annual billing?
Yes — pay yearly and get a month free (you pay for 11 months, not 12). Monthly plans are always available if you prefer flexibility. No long-term contracts either way.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is my data secure?
